If you own three rental properties with Ring cameras, you know the drill. Open the Ring app. Tap a Location. Check your cameras. Go back. Tap the next Location. Repeat. Now multiply that by 10 or 20 properties.

Ring's app is excellent for homeowners with a single property. But it was never designed for landlords managing a portfolio. There's no unified event feed. No way to set different alert policies for occupied vs. vacant units. No incident reporting. No integration with your Airbnb calendar to know when guests should — or shouldn't — be at a property.

PropertyVue fills that gap. We built the dashboard that Ring's app doesn't offer: one view across every property, every camera, every event. With smart alerts that adapt to whether a unit is occupied, vacant, or expecting a guest check-in.

Our mission

Property security shouldn't require an enterprise budget or a dedicated security team. Landlords managing 5, 15, or 50 properties with Ring cameras deserve the same level of intelligent monitoring that commercial operators get from systems costing thousands per month.

PropertyVue is purpose-built for the Ring ecosystem. We integrate directly through the Ring Appstore, which means no workarounds, no screen-scraping, and no compromised security. Your Ring credentials stay with Ring. PropertyVue receives camera events through official webhooks and displays them in a dashboard designed for multi-property management.

Why the Ring Appstore?

The Ring Appstore launched in early 2026 with a handful of third-party apps — and none of them targeted landlords. We saw an opportunity to build the first multi-property management tool on Ring's official developer platform.

Being on the Ring Appstore means PropertyVue gets official API access, secure OAuth authentication, real-time webhook delivery, and compliance with Ring's developer guidelines. No grey-area integrations, no risk of your setup breaking after a Ring app update.
